What do you all think should happen to him if found guilty?

What does it matter what we think? I don't get it...is this an invitation to come up with the coolest torture or something?

You really can't do enough bad things to this man, perhaps cutting him in several places and putting him in a shark tank (Not so original, is it Jazzmoose?) Anyway, send him on his way to pay the piper, perhaps he can come back thousands of times as a slow moving slug, forever trying to cross a busy highway.....

Force him to listen the Norah Jones album for three weeks for 24 hours a day feeding him a little bread and water each day to keep him alive.
Then finish him off by flinging mosaic box sets at him till he is under the scene. I'm sure the suits at Blue Note will love the publicity.......

No it was just a simple question. I think that it's just stuipid to kill your wife and child and risk imprisonment to keep from paying child support for 18 years over some twat!! That's all!

LOL!!! Sorry, but the above sentiments struck me as pretty "stuipid" as well!!

I think alot of guys would rather buy jazz CDs than support a child from an ex-wife.
Gary Condit did a pretty good job, so Scott thought he'd give it a try too.

I assume you have some proof that Condit killed someone? If so, perhaps you should be contacting the District Attorney in the area of the crime rather than posting here...

Oh lets jus rip out his arms, crush his testicles, boil his brain and slurp it from a spoon.
Poke his eyes out with our thumbs
Damn that'll show how civilised we are......( in Bushland)

It might be easier to just seat him in a lime-colored room between you and Deep for a freewheeling conversation about a "Stick of Blackpool Rock"? ;)

Again! We don't know if he did it or not! He speaks more intelligently than his actions if he did indeed do something so God awful. What is it about people with sociopathic behavior; why do they think everyone else is so dumb, that no one would ever find out that they did it? All they have to do is be their clever self, and it will all work out. They just think we are all really stupid, and that their smart way of doing things will work out for them. Not so smart after all with a lot of jerks that do such as this.

You've hit the nail on the head as far as my reaction to this case. Any normal person in his situation would realize that he would be the prime suspect, that his movements would be noticed, that the bodies would be found, and would make darned sure he was running from the time the bodies hit the ground. But then I guess normal people don't really find themselves in this situation too often...

I'll tell you, how in the world must his parents feel? I have known some really rotten kids that their parents didn't have a clue as to what was going on with them. Their parents were as far as I could tell wonderful, but the kids, whew! Unbelievable! Perhaps this is what is going on with his parents. I know poor Laci's parents and loved ones are in the worst situation imaginable.
My daughter lives near Modesto, and a good friend of hers knew Scott and Laci. He said Scott was the nicest guy you would ever want to meet! He is amazed at what has happened. Sandi

Oh, I like the defense ploy of saying that a woman eyewittness will come forward in Scott's defense.
Suggesting..... If you like Scott, please come and lie for him.
I'm sure some woman will fall in love with Scott from watching him on TV and come forward with some dumb story. (course, her alibi probably won't hold water):D
