I have the Roland Kirk box on my wish list at half.com and for the past six months or so, I get a wish list e-mail every so often that says that there's a box available in "good" condition for under 20 dollars, usually. They're always gone by the time I get on there to check it out. I finally put myself on the automatic buy if I get another one for $40. One did appear this week, but it was gone before I logged in (leading me to believe that someone else had it on auto buy and I was farther back in the queue.) I can never figure out what condition these boxes are in because I can never see them before someone snatches them up. What gives? Anyone have any idea where these cheap Kirk boxes are coming from, and what condition they might be in? This is probably the tenth time I've seen one come up.
