Well im writing my Own Music now but i need some help on the Drum beat.
i need a jazzy drum beat that will go in 4/4 Time

i'd suggest working with a real live drummer. drum machines tend to make jazz sound like "hooked on swing."
you can probably find tons of basic (and advanced) jazz drum "beats" by entering "jazz drum beats" (or something like that) in google.
or you could listen to some jazz records and use what you hear as the basis for what you play. listen to the ride cymbal.

Yes one of my mates is A Drummer but unfortunatly He is away right now and isnt available to Help me Write it.

modern drummer magazine recently mentioned "steamin with the miles davis quintet" as an album that's a good "play-along" record if you want to learn jazz drums. you might consider getting a copy of that see if you can get any ideas that you can use in your music.

There's a crapload of jazz midi's here. Download them, delete the instrument tracks and leave the drum tracks intact. Have fun.
