Very interesting tunes.
Aptly named, the 24-bar recurring form composition, "Twenty-Four," rightfully has no key sgnature, since it is atonal. While comprised of V7 I's in +4s as you state, the chord sucession is comprised of a series of 2-bar secondary key areas, descending in semitones through all 12 transpositions.
"November," a through-composed (no repeating sections) 32-bar recurring composition form, is on Ab. I'm not sure if it's in Ab, though, since the progression is obscure, and the melody alone indicates no tonic or priority note.
Both tunes develop a minimum of melodic and rhythmic motives (two each). Both also have melodies that are comprised predominantly of melodic 9th, 11th and 13ths, both resolved and unresolved.

Yes, November only ends on Ab. I should drop the "CONCERT Ab" at the top left and indicate no key signature, as I did on the other tune.
I have tunes in more conventional form that I'll try to post.

very nice, I like your tunes a lot, I was messing around with November for a while today and found it fun to play on.

The intro to November can be re-harmed different ways. The damn thing is locked in my head like a nagging TV jingle.

I just did November on flute, the melody has a Star Trek Theme feel to it. 'Course with the changes it might not. 24 was trying to get into ST, but it might just be in my head from November.

Thanks much for the kind comment. November was actually written with tenor in mind.
But uh, oh. One thing I'm emphatically not is a Trekkie. Have they been messing around in my head? There was that weird thing that crawled into my ear ...

Keep'um comin', Jerry. We've gotta get more people involved with posting and analyzing their music--especially resident heavies such as yourself. This resource, offered by freejazzinstitute (Brian Price), has opened up a new medium for me, for one. I even send my online students there as well as AAJ, which is very convenient.
BTW, I have no personal or financial interest in this, except that I think it is a great new discussion and teaching resource. It also constitutes a fine adjunct to the AAJ site we inhabit.
