As Part of my daily practice, I try to include some form of transcription. Being a huge Joe Pass fan, as you can imagine, I have been doing alot of his stuff. Hopefully soon Ill have all the tunes from his Better Days album written out and might even put it into an E-Book of some kind for sharing. This will only be charts with the head any any other basic information. Reel Book format. Writing out all the solos ill leave for now.
I have just yesterday started writing out the head for the self titled tune 'Better Days' and would like some comments/ input.
Firstly, any comments on the legibility of the notation is appreciated.
Is the time signature calculated correctly? clearly its in 4/4 but I have a habit of sub dividing things more than they need to be. So I could write it in 4/4 but technically it is in 8/8. That is to say the tune is in 4/4 and my durations and pitching is correct but its actually not divided correctly between bars. If that makes sense :P
Heres the Head so far, The octave part isn't notated as octaves here. Otherwise it's all there.

I wouldn't want to upload the tune somewhere illegally due to any rules I might be breaching on the forum by linking the actual mp3. So ill have to assume you guys have it or can get it ;)
The album is as I said Joe Pass- Better Days 1970.
Peace. Mike.
Also, if you can tell me what the other changes are at the end of the melody i will love you for it. it sounds pretty straight forward but i just cant pick it
