I just finished writing a column of praise somewhere in this site about how fortunate New Jerseyites are to have so much live jazz available to them. Rather than go through it again, I recommend to all New Yorkers that there are jersey venues where they can enjoy jazz in Jersey at a fraction of what similar evenings would cost in Manhattan. If you are from Jersey you should support the New Jersey Jazz society. I do and I live 80 miles away. email at jim426@att.net
