David Baker's book on Cannonball Adderley

Does anyone know how to get a copy of David Baker's book, "The Jazz Style of Cannonball Adderley"? Apparently it has been out of print for quite some time--can't seem to find it anywhere on the internet. I'd settle for a used copy if one exists.

Don't know if you saw these in your internet search, but Google turned up two sites which seem to be leads:

hickeys.com claims to have copies for sale.

The saxofun site gives this info:

Thank you for the feedback. Unfortunately, after inquiring from Hickey's, I was informed that they have been out of stock for months and they checked with the publisher (Belwin) and the book is indeed out of print. So, I guess the search continues for a used copy.
