Or--Bush's Outrage of the Day!
This isn't exactly an outrage. It's just an unbelievable piece of stupidity. The Federal Railroad Administration has announced that in December of this year they will permit localities to impose "Quiet Zones" at railway crossings to within two miles of the crossing, within which no train whistles will be permitted.
Are all the morons in this administration or does this administration only consist of morons? Lest you find this not within reason, it is an article in the local(Long Island) section of today's New York Times. As Ernie Kovacs would say "It's a Scarcely Believe It"
