So I stagger with my morning coffee tothe computer to see whats new on www.savethehubble. to see how things are coming and I get a popup junk mail from the Republican National Committee about what Dubya is. I already know what Dubya is and he ain't the second coming. Isn't there a new law about junk mail and what are my chances of having them indicted? I suspect slim to none.
