Does anyone know of any up and coming Italian jazz vocalists?
If so, Can you recommend any CD's ?

Roberta Gambarini - she's really great, deserving a lot more attention than she's got up to now. You'll find a thread on her at the Artists and Bands section here.

Maria Pia de Vito.

Hardly up and coming as she's been working for years but has been working in the UK in recent years and has a high profile here.

An excellent solo album, very different from the normal standards type disc most contemporary vocalists put out.

This one with John Taylor and Ralph Towner is beautiful too:

She has sung with Colin Towns orchestra and band to great effect:
