Not sure if this helps, but if you have a pal near Washington, D.C. have him/her check out CDepot in College Park, MD. They get a lot of OOP stuff and I saw a bunch of copies of this there in November. You could also get their address off the web (I don't think they have a website) and see if they'll ship.
