I've been listening to some jazz for about ten years now. I like very much modern jazz for example : Yellowjackets, Spyro Gyra, Dave Weckl, Pat Metheny, Al DiMeola and Uzeb. I wanted to get some new cds and there are so many artists, I dont know what I should aim for. Is there any suggestions of new music I could try to look for, considering my likes?

You should check out some death jazz, you may or may not like it but its truly a fine way to bring jazz into metal.

The ones to get are the Atheist & Cynic songs. The other songs are killer to (especially spastic ink) so if you have a fast connection you might as well get thoose too.
