used cd for sale. memorializes some of the music played at a concert relaunching the blue note label at the town hall in nyc on february 22, 1985. naturally it is on the blue note label.
first five tracks are "the blessing" , "tone poem", lady day", "el encanto", and "how long" - alll originals by charles lloyd. over 26 minutes of music. the musicians are lloyd on tenor sax and flute, michel petrucciani on piano, cecil mcbee on bass and jack dejohnette on drums.
the final two tracks wer "when you wish upon a star" and "jumpin jack" with stanley jordan on guitar - about 9 1/2 minutes of music.
cd, book and tray panel are in very good shape. $9.00 including shipping and handling within the us. this release is out of print. will ship internationally but will quote cost to ship.
