Have you tried DOWNTOWN MUSIC GALLERY? (http://www.dtmgallery.com/catalog/diw.htm)
Though I haven't tried them directly there is also Disk Union who at least might be able to give you some other possible U.S. connections.

To get DIWs without paying expensive prices, you need to hit the used CD circuit ... both online (half.com, Amazon, etc.) and offline.

I know that my friend, Andreas Collett, had some reasonably priced DIW CDs (including the Harold Mabern) for under 10 Euros.
You can reach him at jazzbird@arcor.de

Good news. Someone dumped a bunch of DIWs here a week ago at a used book store and I swept some of em up. (Billy Harper, John Patton, David Ware, George Cables)...What a coincidence, makes me think "seek and ye shall find."
