I couldn't agree more. In fact, I just bought this Nelson 2-LP set:

Oliver Nelson - Images: Featuring Eric Dolphy
Repackaging of the original albums Screamin' the Blues and Straight Ahead.
I already have digital versions of this music. But I found a still-sealed copy for just $8 (!), and I couldn't resist.

I LOVE these Prestige two-fers from the 70's. Most music "collectors" -- the type who just want the original releases -- don't want them, so it keeps the prices WAY down. I have sets by Red Garland, Coltrane, Wardell Grey, Phil Woods, Buck Clayton & Buddy Tate, "Lockjaw" Davis & Johnny Griffin, and a bunch of others. All outstanding.

Haven't bought any vinyl in years but I just got me a new turntable, so now I'm back in the search for the black gold. Just purchased these two:

Miles only cost me 50$ ;-)
