New & Much Improved Photo Gallery Launches!

It's here! We just launched the AAJ Photo Gallery and would like to ask you to upload all future article photos to the gallery. As an added convenience, we've included a feature where you can build the IMG tag right from the page where we display the photo. Scroll to the bottom of this page to view how you can build the IMG tag (you must be logged in to view this section).

Accessing the Article Submission Form and Your Contributor Start Page

We recently changed the "For Contributors" link on our navigation bar to "Staff." And you can access "Staff" by dragging your mouse over "PEOPLE."

Please bookmark the AAJ Contributor Start page for quick and easy access to several useful links like the article submission form.


Size Your Embedded Videos to 425x344 pixels

When embedding a YouTube video tag, make sure the width and height values are set to 425 (wide) and 344 (high) in both instances within the embed tag. The 560 pixel wide version breaks the AAJ framework.

We made some changes to contrib.php/contrib_edit.php, so you can now add your avatar to your profile.

Upload a 150x150 pixel JPG to the photo gallery, then copy the GET IMAGE URL value from the photo's display page into the "Photo/Avatar URL" box on your contributor profile edit form.

We also added a link to your gallery photos and made some other adjustments to both contrib.php/contrib_edit.php.
