Well, sometimes it takes time for people to sit down and listen.

A few things.

Single-note guitar with just bass sounds thin. It needs either chording on the guitar or a suggestion of harmony with fills, a la Sonny Rollins ...

This is just as important in the solos, which would work better being more chord-based rather than strictly linear.

The bass has to contribute more to this, too, making the changes very clear.

Perhaps as a result of the recording, the drums sound heavy-handed and the drum fills ragged, and the bass is boomy and kind of ponderous.

I think Equinox and All of Me would benefit from being faster.

Your timing is good and the group as a whole is pretty cohesive, although I never feel the momentum of a real groove. For example, The Girl from Ipanema doesn't "fly" as a bossa should.
