Jack DeJohnette-Third World Anthem
Dave Holland-Conference of the Birds

This requires way too much thought and planning to be entirely accurate, but I'll do my best...

Here are the first ten I thought of, in no particular order:

"Reflections," as played by T. Monk and S. Rollins on Sonny Rollins vol 2
"Strawberry Fields," The Beatles
"Black Hole," Beck
"Isobel," Bjork
"Child At Heart," Bill Frisell, Kermit Driscoll, and Joey Baron
"Speed Freaks," Naked City
"A Love Supreme, part II - Resolution," John Coltrane
"One Summer Dream," E.L.O.
"Same Old Lang Syne," Dan Fogelberg
"Crystal Lake," Grandaddy

This is a near impossible task! Since saxophones have been on my mind of late, and in the interest of being current, here are my top ten songs of relatively recent vintage by saxophone playing jazz artists (how' that for altering the parameters of the question?)

The Desegregation of Our Children- David Murray
Trouble In The World- James Carter
Children's World- Maceo Parker
My One and Only Love- Joshua Redman
Sweet Sorrow- Joshua Redman
African Exchange Student- Kenny Garrett
Wayne's Thang- Kenny Garrett
The Way We Were- David S. Ware
Layin' In The Cut- James Carter
My Foolish Heart- Ernie Krivda

I'd probably spend forever philosophising about what I mean by "best".
The most accomplished music, or songs that I enjoy the most now, or ones
that I've enjoyed for the longest time (but no longer regard as exceptional)?

Chick Corera-What Game Shall We Play Today
When I saw Chick Corea in a solo piano concert in April, someone shouted out a request that he play "What Game Shall We Play Today." He made a funny, negative face and sang the title in an exaggerated scornful voice, then made some comment that made it clear that he thought it was a ridiculous song.

I always liked it, especially with Flora Purim's vocal, so that surprised me.
