Thumbs down Label Bleu -- avoid!!!

My CD arrived today. I still recommend getting your Label Bleu CDs from other sources due to their poor customer service.

About three weeks ago I ordered a CD from the website for Label Bleu. (www.label-bleu.com) Since then I have sent three emails to the label asking when my CD will ship but have not received a response. They have charged my credit card. The CD has not arrived (perhaps understandable due to int'l shipping).

Therefore, my recommendation is to avoid ordering directly from Label Bleu due to their terrible customer service. If you want to buy Label Bleu CDs, you might want to check out Cadence or JazzLoft instead.

Give it a little more time. I ordered three CDs on November 4th. They were shipped on the 6th and I received them Friday November 17th via DHL. I don't know where you're located but I'm on the east coast so maybe that's why I received them in about 2 weeks.

I am on the east coast as well. To be clear, though, my problem isn't with the lengthy shipping time -- it's with their abysmal customer service.

Forgot to mention..... I would normally order from Cadence because they are a pleasure to deal with, but in this case they didn't have the titles I wanted so I went straight to the source.

Hmm, never had any trouble with them. I order all of Marc Ducret's old discs a while ago and they all came pretty promptly. I'd venture to say that Label bleu is like a lot of smaller labels in that it's run by 5-7 people who don't solely rely on it for a living. As long as your disc shows up in a month or so, that's the best you can often hope for. I would recommend looking on www.gemm.com for label bleu stuff. I've had good luck there with some decent vendors.
